Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders with engraving or customization require an additional 2-3 business days for production. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days.

We ship to all locations within Israel. Free standard shipping is available on orders over 500 ILS. Orders are delivered via Israel Post registered mail or private courier services depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery to remote areas may take an additional 1-2 business days beyond standard estimates.
We ship worldwide to most countries. International shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and selected shipping speed. All international packages include tracking and insurance up to the order value.
Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Every Daviss order is shipped in our signature black presentation box, cushioned with premium foam inserts to ensure your cufflinks arrive in perfect condition. The outer shipping box is plain for security — no indication of the valuable contents inside.
Gift orders receive additional gift wrapping in our black and gold tissue paper with a personalized message card.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the order history section. For any delivery issues, contact our support team at support@daviss770.com.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, refused), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A second shipping fee may apply. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (or receipt of a damaged package) with photos if applicable. We will initiate a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
