All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all descriptions are error-free. Slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings and photography.
Prices are listed in Israeli New Shekel (ILS) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email.
We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bit, and bank transfers. All payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers.
Customized products, including engraved cufflinks, are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect. Please double-check all personalization details before completing your order.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Daviss is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details.
All Daviss cufflinks come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers faulty mechanisms, loose stones (if applicable), and defective materials. Normal wear, scratches from use, and damage from misuse or negligence are not covered.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and software — is the property of Daviss Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daviss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
