Log into your account and select "Request Return" from your order history, or email us at support@daviss770.com with your order number.
We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Print and attach it to the return package.
Pack the cufflinks in their original Daviss presentation box and ship using the provided label. Drop off at any post office or schedule a courier pickup.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

We offer direct exchanges for a different style, size, or variant. To request an exchange, follow the same return process and indicate your preferred replacement item. If the replacement has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. Defective items covered under our one-year warranty can be repaired or replaced at no charge.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with the return. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Once the item arrives at our facility, the standard refund timeline applies.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. Store credit is available as an alternative and is issued instantly.
